Third Child Wines

Under the Liquor Licensing Act 1990 it is an offence for liquor to be delivered to a person under the age of 18 years (penalty: fine not exceeding 20 penalty units) and for a person under the age of 18 years to purchase liquor (penalty: fine not exceeding 10 penalty units).

Third Child Wines acknowledges and pays respect to the Tasmanian Aboriginal people as the traditional and original owners - the continuing custodians of the land on which Third Child Wines grow, harvest and craft wine. We recognise that Torres Strait Island and Aboriginal peoples are Australia's first storytellers, artists, communities, and creators of culture. We recognise their continuing connection to the land and waters
